Joseph (or “Joey” as he is also known as) Lee was born in South Korea and completed his Bachelor of Laws at Bond University. Upon the completion of his law degree, he was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as an Australian Lawyer at just the age of 20.
Before joining TWC Lawyers, Joseph was a partner at a firm specialising in Civil Litigation and Compensation Law.
Joseph is an experienced lawyer in immigration, tax and business law, with an emphasis on advising high net worth clients with complex migration issues and the effect of foreign residency. Joseph has advised and acted for private clients from a number of different backgrounds. In addition to the private clients, Joseph has also acted for a number of different foreign governments and foreign government owned corporations.
Outside of his work at TWC Lawyers, Joseph sits in the board as a non-executive director at a number of companies in Australia and Vanuatu. Joseph is also a current serving Council Member at the National Unification Advisory Council of the Republic of Korea.
Joseph speaks fluent English and Korean.
