• Solicitor, Supreme Court of Queensland, admitted at the age of 20.
• Foreign Legal Affairs Attorney, Ministry of Justice, Taiwan.
• LLB (Bond University), GDLP (Australian National University), Master of International Law (Griffith University).

Before joining TWC Lawyers, Joseph was a partner at a firm focused on civil litigation and compensation law.

What he acts in

Joseph is an experienced litigation lawyer. His practice covers commercial disputes, personal injuries and immigration law, and his client list has run from individuals through to large corporations, government clients and foreign government owned corporations.

That mix is the point. A dispute that looks small to a corporate legal department is often the largest thing happening in a small business owner’s year, and the tactics that work in one are not always the tactics that work in the other.

Community and languages

Joseph has assisted the Korean and Vanuatu Consulates in Australia for many years, working alongside Samuel Hwang on the Korean Consulate matters, and is well established in the Korean community on the Gold Coast.
