Natalie Tuson is a senior associate in the family law team. She acts in parenting disputes, property division, spousal maintenance and divorce, and brings a commercial law and banking background to matters where a business or company structure is involved.

Her particular strength is family law matters with a business in them. Natalie has a commercial law and banking background, so where a property pool includes a company, a trust, a partnership, a business loan or personal guarantees, she is not reading those documents for the first time.
How she works
Natalie builds a strategy around each client’s individual circumstances rather than running every separation the same way. Clients are told their options at every step, so decisions are made with the full picture rather than in the dark.
Her approach to disputes is practical and collaborative. Litigation has limits, and it takes a heavy toll in time, money and stress. Where a matter can be resolved without a courtroom, she will push for that, and she will tell you honestly when it cannot be.
