Niamh is an accomplished and experienced Family Lawyer, having exclusively practiced in this area of law. Niamh was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2016. Highly regarded by her clients as being an astute advisor with her professional and passionate advocacy of their matters, Niamh is known for her professional, commercial and empathetic approach to help clients achieve successful outcomes, whilst providing the necessary support for the often complex and emotional journey of family law matters. Prior to the commencement of her legal career, Niamh worked in a variety of client focussed roles both in Australia and Internationally. Her experience in driving successful outcomes for clients, with her balance of legal and diverse real-world experience, enables Niamh to quickly build rapport and confidence with her clients and to deliver strategic, practical advice in a clear and concise manner.

Whilst Niamh has an interest in early dispute resolution, this is not always possible and Court proceedings may be required. Niamh is an experienced practitioner with respect to Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, including the preparation of Court documents, appearing on behalf of clients and instructing Counsel when required.
