An accredited mediator joins family law

The appointment
We welcomed a senior associate to the family law division in 2020, with more than 20 years of experience and national accreditation as a mediator.
The background was unusual and useful. Prior work in investment banking and finance meant complex property pools, business valuations and trust structures could be examined properly rather than accepted at face value.
That solicitor has since moved on. Our current family law team still runs matters the same way, with mediation and dispute resolution attempted before litigation wherever it is safe and sensible to do so. See our page on family dispute resolution.
