A family law appointment
Published · Updated
The appointment
A solicitor admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia joined the family law division in October 2020, practising exclusively in family law.
The practice covered divorce, property settlements, parenting and financial matters, child support and domestic violence, with regular appearances in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and in the Magistrates Courts.
The approach was to resolve matters by negotiation, mediation or arbitration where possible, and to run them properly where that was not possible.
That solicitor has since moved on. For current family law enquiries see our family law page, or our guides to property settlement and parenting arrangements.
