His client base runs across professional services firms, trade and contracting businesses, homeowners, private disputes and estate litigation, insolvency practitioners and body corporates.

Bohden takes a commercial first approach. Success is measured in outcomes, not in hours billed, and every piece of advice is directed at the best available result achieved as efficiently as possible.
That includes telling a client early when litigation is not worth running. A dispute that costs more to win than it recovers is not a win, and a solicitor who will not say so is expensive company.
Qualifications
Bohden holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Sunshine Coast and is currently completing a Master of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Technology Sydney.
