Bohden Clark is part of TWC Lawyers’ commercial litigation practice across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Bohden acts for businesses, directors and individuals in commercial and contractual disputes, insolvency and creditor enforcement, intellectual property disputes, shareholder and director disputes, building and construction matters, body corporate disputes and defamation. He has appeared in matters across all Queensland state courts and the Federal Court.
His approach is commercial first: success is measured in outcomes, not hours, and every piece of advice is directed at the best result, achieved as efficiently as possible. Clients get honest assessments early, including when a fight isn’t worth having.
Bohden holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Sunshine Coast and is currently completing his Master of Intellectual Property Law at UTS. He brings experience across complex disputes spanning professional services, trade and contractors, homeowners, private disputes and estate litigation, insolvency practitioners, body corporates and more.
