The promotion
Samuel is a criminal defence lawyer who has acted for clients from a wide range of backgrounds, often at the worst point of their lives.
His strength is assessment. He works out early what the prosecution actually has to prove and where the case is weakest, then builds the evidence that tests it. That work has produced charges being downgraded and, in some matters, withdrawn.
He has appeared in the Local, District and Supreme Courts in New South Wales and Queensland, in matters including assault, drug possession and supply, mental health applications, sexual offences, stealing, drink driving, domestic violence, traffic charges and weapons offences.
Congratulations Sam. You can read more on his profile page.
