Natalie Tuson joins the family law division
Published · Updated
The appointment
Natalie practises across all areas of family law, including parenting disputes, property division, spousal maintenance and divorce, as well as domestic and family violence matters.
Her commercial law and banking background means business interests, trusts and complex property pools get examined properly rather than taken at face value. That matters more often than people expect, because the family home is rarely the only asset in dispute.
The approach is practical and collaborative. Litigation has limits, and the cost and delay of running a matter to a final hearing usually falls hardest on the person least able to absorb it. Where a matter can be resolved without that, it should be.
Natalie makes sure clients understand every option at each step, so the decisions are theirs and are properly informed. You can read more on her profile page.
