1 month mandatory, can be ordered for up to 6 months

Excess demerit Points

6 months mandatory

Convicted of driving over 40kmph over the speed limit

6 months mandatory

$5338.00 or one (1) year imprisonment

Whilst subject to an Immediate suspension for mid or high range drink driving

2 years mandatory, can be ordered for up to 5 years

$5338.00 or one (1) year imprisonment

Whilst subject to an Immediate suspension for failing to provide specimen

2 years mandatory, can be ordered for up to 5 years

$5338.00 or one (1) year imprisonment

Whilst subject to an Immediate suspension for low level drink drive accompanied with pending DUI charge

2 years mandatory, can be ordered for up to 5 years

$5338.00 or one (1) year imprisonment

Whilst subject to an Immediate suspension for a  drug drive charge accompanied with pending drug drive charge

2 years mandatory, can be ordered for up to 5 years

$5338.00 or one (1) year imprisonment

Whilst subject to an Immediate suspension for  dangerous operation of a vehicle while adversely intoxicated

2 years mandatory, can be ordered for up to 5 years

$5338.00 or one (1) year imprisonment

Whilst subject to an Immediate suspension for driving whilst suspended or disqualified with pending like charge

2 years mandatory, can be ordered for up to 5 years
