Gabby graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Criminology and Justice and a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Australia in February 2022.
Gabby brings valuable experience to the team having worked with a well-regarded criminal defence barrister for 2 years prior to her admission to the legal profession. In her time at university, Gabby was passionate about people being charged who stated they were innocent. As a result, Gabby dedicated her time and participated in the Griffith University Innocence Project to assist in such cases. This valuable experience has helped Gabby dissect cases and investigate matters more thoroughly. Hence, Gabby provides enormous insight and assistance to her clients to ensure the best possible outcome for each client and their personal circumstances. She is a passionate advocate who takes careful consideration of her clients to ensure that a stressful situation is somewhat mitigated in the circumstances.
Gabby has appeared as an advocate throughout South-East Queensland Magistrates Court, District Courts and Supreme Courts in various matters, including mental health applications, assault charges, drug possession and supply charges, sexual assault charges, traffic offences and the like.
