Experience
Grant is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia and practises exclusively in Family Law.
With regular appearances before the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia and Magistrates Courts he is well versed in pursuing his client’s interests to a favourable outcome.
Coming to practise Law from prior employment in the military, his strong work ethic and polite but no-nonsense candour with opposing parties allow him to settle matters in difficult circumstances.
Grant advises on all aspects of family law including divorce, property settlements, parenting and financial matters, child support and domestic violence matters. Grant is especially interested in complex children’s or property matters where he works hard to achieve a result that is “Just and Equitable” and in the “Best interest of the children.” As part of our expert team. Grant is able to help you resolve your property or parenting disputes expeditiously and cost effectively through negotiation, arbitration, Mediation or Court Application if necessary. His clients appreciate his measured approach and reassuring manner.
