Gabby King joins the criminal team
Published · Updated
The appointment
Gabby graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Criminology and Justice and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 2021.
She joined us having spent two years working with a criminal defence barrister, which is the kind of experience that shows in how a brief is prepared.
During her degree Gabby worked with the Griffith University Innocence Project on matters where people maintained their innocence. That work builds a habit of pulling a case apart rather than accepting the version in the file.
You can read more on her profile page.
